FABRIZIO GARCIA MARTÍNEZ, is a Guayaquil lawyer graduated from the Colegio San José La Salle, an outstanding graduate of the Law School of the Universidad Laica Vicente Rocafuerte de Guayaquil, he has litigated judicially for more than 26 years of professional practice. Fabrizio has litigated and sponsored processes on behalf of public and private entities in various matters, focusing his legal practice on civil, administrative, corporate and banking law.
Since the beginning of his professional practice, Fabrizio has sponsored cases with significant amounts and transcendent effects on the judicial system of our society. The ethical, honest, technical and proactive practice of Law, as well as the effective results achieved, have positioned it as a benchmark. FABRIZIO GARCIA MARTÍNEZ, is a Guayaquil-based attorney, a graduate of Colegio San José La Salle, and an outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Law at Universidad Laica Vicente Rocafuerte in Guayaquil. He holds a Master’s degree in Procedural Law, earned with distinction from ECOTEC University, and has been actively litigating since 1988.
Fabrizio has litigated and represented cases on behalf of public and private entities across various areas, focusing his legal practice on civil, administrative, corporate, and banking law.

FABRIZIO GARCÍA BACIGALUPO is a Guayaquil-based attorney with a solid track record in complex and high-impact litigation. He graduated in law from Universidad Espíritu Santo (UEES) and holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Law from City, University of London (England), along with other postgraduate degrees in Foreign Trade, Procedural Law, Digital Transformation, and Information Technologies.
His professional practice focuses on advising and litigating complex cases with significant monetary value, with a particular emphasis on Civil, Commercial, Labor, Maritime, Constitutional, Digital, and other branches of law.
Fabrizio combines his professional practice with university teaching, currently serving as a full professor of International Maritime Law and Maritime Procedural Law at the graduate faculty of Universidad Espíritu Santo (UEES). Throughout his career, he has also taught at other higher education institutions, such as Universidad ECOTEC, Universidad del Pacífico, UTEG, among others.
